Suspect in Shooting Spree Kills Three Relatives in Pennsylvania, Barricades Himself in New Jersey Home
Andre Gordon has been identified as the suspect in a tragic shooting spree that left three of his relatives dead in two separate homes in Levittown, Pennsylvania. The 52-year-old stepmother, 13-year-old sister, and 25-year-old partner were all shot and killed by Gordon, who was armed with an AR-style rifle and possibly other weapons.
After the shootings, Gordon fled to a home in Trenton, New Jersey, where he barricaded himself with hostages. SWAT teams surrounded the Trenton home on Phillips Avenue where Gordon was believed to be holed up, leading to an ongoing hostage situation.
The incident prompted multiple Bucks County communities to go on high alert, with shelter-in-place orders issued and businesses, including Sesame Place and the Oxford Valley Mall, closed down. Governor Josh Shapiro ordered Pennsylvania State Police to assist local law enforcement in the investigation and urged residents to stay indoors.
Due to the police activity, the Pennsbury School District postponed all activities, and the Bucks County St. Patrick’s Day parade was cancelled. Langhorne police advised residents to avoid traveling to Falls Township until further notice.
The situation remains tense as law enforcement works to negotiate with Gordon and ensure the safety of the hostages. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story on Road Rug Cars.
